Duties include, but are not limited to, communication with suppliers/customers in respect of payments and all credit control duties, opening new and authorised supplier/customer accounts within the accounts ledger and applying agreed credit & payment terms. Resolving customer/supplier queries as required, matching of payments to invoices etc. within individual ledgers, general day to day bookkeeping duties including bank/credit card reconciliations (receivable/payable), vendor payments, administration of shipment activities including minimal import/export. Administration of payroll data. Reconciliation of all Balance Sheet and general ledger accounts for period end/year end and liaising with the company Accountant. Providing accurate, meaningful information to the ManagementTeam.
