About the Role
Our client is a leading dental practice based in West Sussex. They are recruiting a new and exciting position within their friendly practice in Burgess Hill. We are looking to recruit a Practice & Business Manager to work closely with the Founder and Director.
The purpose of this position is to assist drive the business forward by identifying sales opportunities within business. This is client facing role where you’ll interact with patients daily whilst managing and supporting the front of house/reception team.

Who we’re looking for…someone with…
- Great interpersonal skills
- Experience managing and motivating a team
- Able to identify business opportunities by selling various products to existing and previous patient/clients
- Business development experience – speaking to prospects over the phone, email and in person
- Can contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of sales figures
- General administration
- Feedback any issues or discrepancies to the Founder as and when required to ensure matters are resolved in a timely manner
- Forward thinking and dynamic approach
- Positive mind set!
This is a crucial role within the practice as you’ll be the eyes and ears for the Director during operating hours.
