Responsibilities…
- You will head up and lead the Wills & Probate team
- Manage your own caseload of files which will include all aspects of Wills and Probate work
- Organising estates and probates
- Drafting Wills, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Trusts.
- Managing and growing a team
