The day to day
- To manage the day to day needs to our property portfolio, involving arranging and conducting property inspections and visits. To communicate between landlords, tenants, and contractors arranging maintenance works where necessary.
- To assist with ensuring all our properties are compliant with current legislation, updating our systems and records.
- There is the requirement to help arrange viewings on marketed properties and to then conduct the viewings where necessary.
- While this is a letting focussed role, there will be times where you’ll be asked to assist the sales team (mainly on Saturdays) with phone calls, enquires and viewings.
Days/Times of Work
8:45am – 6pm Monday to Friday
9am -3pm Saturday
To work a rota of 3 x Saturdays then 1 x Saturday off. If working on Saturday, Thursdays will be given off. Can be subject to change depending on business needs, however flexible.
