About the Role

Overview

As a self-employed mortgage broker, you will guide clients through the mortgage process, helping them find the best loan options to meet their financial needs. You will work independently but have access to a robust CRM system and a laptop to facilitate your work. 

A generous commission of 75% of self generated business and 45% of introduced business. In addition, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work from home (fully remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their financial situation and mortgage needs.
  • Loan Research: Analyse various mortgage products and lenders to find suitable options for clients.
  • Application Process: Complete mortgage applications and gather necessary documentation.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with estate agents and other professionals to generate referrals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and loan products.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in the mortgage industry.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and communication with clients throughout the mortgage process.

Requirements

  • CeMAP 1, 2 & 3
  • Proven experience as a mortgage broker or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and the lending process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • A clean credit history and no prior convictions.
