Based in the City of London, they provide accountancy and taxation services for the general public, specifically those in the creative sector. These creative industries include: film, music, photography, creative direction, fashion and agencies (to name a few!).

A growing and ambitious accountancy firm based in Worthing, West Sussex acting for businesses and individuals across the South East. This opportunity is full time or part time. Minimum 25 hours a week with the work days and hours being negotiable. This role is office based.

Duties include, but are not limited to, communication with suppliers/customers in respect of payments and all credit control duties, opening new and authorised supplier/customer accounts within the accounts ledger and applying agreed credit & payment terms. Resolving customer/supplier queries as required, matching of payments to invoices etc. within individual ledgers, general day to day bookkeeping duties including bank/credit card reconciliations (receivable/payable), vendor payments, administration of shipment activities including minimal import/export. Administration of payroll data. Reconciliation of all Balance Sheet and general ledger accounts for period end/year end and liaising with the company Accountant. Providing accurate, meaningful information to the ManagementTeam.
